Word
Word Basics walks through starting a new document, saving and save as, basic text formatting, shortcut keys, margins, autocorrect, spellcheck, printing and more.

Work More Efficiently with Word covers formatting paragraphs, line spacing, breaks, columns, bullets and numbering, using copy format as well as graphics: clipart, wrapping text and placement of graphics, autoshapes and wordart. This class allows time to practice skills learned and discussion of how to use these skills to work more efficiently. 

Power Word User includes how to use mail merge, tables, headers and footers, page numbers and templates. These skills save a significant amount of time.

Using Word and Excel Together teaches mail merge, copying Excel data into Word and linking Excel data with Word. These skills will reduce duplication of work in your daily tasks.

Excel
Excel Basics shows you the basics of the program, how to get around the worksheets, formatting, simple formulas, cell references, filling formulas, sorting and filtering and printing options.

Excel Formulas & Functions. This three hours will focus exclusively on formulas and functions. It can be tailored to specific functions or tasks you would like to learn.

Work More Efficiently With Excel goes deeper to cover absolute references, more complex formulas and functions, multiple worksheets, charts and more to help you analyze your data.  

Power Excel User exposes the mysteries of pivot tables, vlookup, if statements, 
grouping and summary sheets.

Outlook
Work More Efficiently with Outlook teach how to automate and organize email, calendar and contacts using customization, folders, options and categories with an introduction to tasks and notes. 

Power Outlook User  goes further to take control using rules, sorting, filtering, defomed views and searching. Improve contact management with groups, distribution lists, import and export and mail merge concepts. Advanced calendar skill include sharing calendars and using multiple calendars. Learn to prioritize, assign and follow up on tasks with an intro to using Outlook for journaling.

PowerPoint
Use this fun software to create great presentations for large groups, kiosks, email or other audiences. Learn how to format slides, add animations and sound effects and then save it so others can see your work.
